Again during the design and construction phases, using the consultants and vendors as specialists in their trade. Every voice matters to achieve exceptional results. Having built a reputation for effectively understanding the goals, I lend influence to bring together these concepts to the various personalities inevitably found on every project. This brings an order capable of carrying out the vision to its successful end. Understanding and respecting the big picture, the budget and timelines forces the prioritization of tasks. This in turn allows the project to continue its course toward timely completion, which crucial to its success. Finally, attention to detail from concept to occupancy is required to achieve the best outcome.
The Approach
Starting with the vision, I then marry creativity with intension. Inevitably, constraints arise on a project which force a course correction, and perseverance is necessary to keep progress on track, while simultaneously keeping communication lines open with all parties.
